Default Just Purchased HFS-6 for my Porsche Turbo S - Some Questions

Richard:

Looks like the consensus for twin Jets at my Power 555whp. is 2 x 0.9mm so that is what I will go with.

1) What is the Max distance the pump can be from the Reservior I wanted to put it begind the Rar Wheel and use the WindShield Washer Reservoir it is 7 Litres.
2) Can the pump be exposed to the elements? Or Does it HAVE to be in a trunk?

Thanks

Ian

The pump can prime as much as 6 feet provided the line is filled with water. If thereare no water in the line you may need to help it a bit with gravity feed.

This condition should not exist since the HFS-6 will stop the system from injecting if the water leverl is below the level sensor.

The pump is zinc plated, it is a sacrificial coating, in time, it will wear away and start to rust.
