State car inspection organisation demands documentation on water injection kit
Hi
Got my car taken to inspection and they require documentation to add it to registration as legal addition to car. TUV or similar documentation is what they ask for. Alternative is to remove the visible parts of waterinjection system and show to brand related shop and get document stating the engine is restored to its original form , ref water injection.... PIA.... Any one heard of anyone got this taken care of? |

This is most annoying.
Tell them all M-badged BMWs will be water injected in 2016, from factory.

Re: State car inspection organisation demands documentation on water injection kit
Hi Richard
I wish it could be that easy , inspection organ in my town have a bad rep , they are so bad people go to next town to do inspection there. I will take it off for now and try get documentation and maybe register it at other inspection place later. I wonder if BMW will release some documentation on their water injection systems. I will try tell them the simple fact , but I have thin hope with these guys. |
