Default system 2d mini cooper s 2005

Hi, I'm in Italy, scuse me for my English.
I have buy a aquamist system 2d, and I want install this on my mini coper s 2005.
I have see the beautifull installation here in this forum, but I have any question:
In the aquamist box I have 3 jet, 0.7-0.8-0.9
What jet I can install? and at what pressure? (I want use 50% water 50% methanol)
And the pressure sensor where can I install? next jet is good?
last question, what is the difference if I connect the two wire (red and green) at the fuel injector o if I connect the red wire at 12v switched?
tanks

Sorry for the delay.

I think a 0.7mm jet will be good. I thinh the system shoudl come on at about 5 psi. (factory set to 10psi). I would insrtall the pressure (with rem,ote hose) to any where after the intercooler.

It is better to connect the red wire to fuerl injector (+). Or ignition switch position 2 (pre-cranking). Never at the accessories 12V supply.

I guess you have seen this installation?

Hi, I have install all, all ok, now I test the system.
But a question: for a good work it is better to install a small jet with high pressure or large jet with low pressure?
thanks

For the mini. Go for a 0.7mm jet for 50% methanol.

Hi Richard, I'm working a lot, but when can put my photos.

Now my system have a problem,
when I turn on the engine, the red light comes on for 5 seconds and when I go, and the system should inject the water, the red led comes on again.
I have tested, if I unplug the hose from the regulator valve to the speed valve, the pump runs faster and the blue LED lights.
as I go, the green LED on the FIA 2d beats normally and when I push, the red led on fia 2d beats normaly.
The fuse are good.
I have a problem at the speed valve? or wath?
thanks.

If the red led comes on, it is most probably a small amount of air is in the system.

Once you have air in the system the system will re-start , trying to re-prime the system. Try loosen one of the blanking plug on the 806-201, allowing water/air to vent off the system. Once primed, the water will leak out of the plug steadily.
