Default Effects on various parts

Hey guys,
So I ordered my water injection setup and I wonder, how will it effect oxygen sensors? Longer or shorter life? What about EGT probes? Do you guys have to run stainless systems now? Effects on catalytic converters? Copper or platinum plugs?

Also I have emissions test in August, will it help or hurt?

Thanks a bunch guys

Water is a significant byproduct of hydrocarbon combustion. Your exhaust has significant amounts of water in it already. The small amount added before combustion will be water in the exhaust as well - but the increase in steam in the exhaust will be insignificant to what is already present. WI will have no additional affect any of the components listed.

Since WI is only engaged during higher loads and there are no high load emissions tests it will not even be engaged. If it were it would only help by diluting the ppm of the exhaust emissions in addition to reducing NOx.
