Default Hfs4 v3 N54 - wgdc cut in half after switching to 3.5 bar option

Hi,

I used the system for years with IDC based injection.
I have the N20 sensor, which is 3.5bar, and no boost controller or piggyback.
I cut the link for 2.5 bar from the board, and solder linked the 3.5 bar option from the back of the board.
I moved the jumper from IDC to MPS and turned the PI R to fully counterclockwise to work based on boost only.
Now the turbos don t spool correctly anymore.
At the begining of the pull, where the commanded WGDC is 100%, the measured value is 50%. At some point the meth kicks in and shows good flow, but if i let it run till redline i get a boost code. Instead of spooling to 30psi, i barely reaches 20psi.
THRES and GAIN are set to 12 o’clock.
No boost leak, and turbos are fine, as i moved the jumper from DHB to DFS to disable failsafe and the turbos work perfect and i also get meth to flow well.
What should i check? What can it be?

Thanks,
Valy
