Default Please Help, HFS-5 system WL &WH inop.

Just spent the day installing my HFS-5 system and have some challanges.

Model-DDS-3 V10.

Symptom- 1-No matter what mode I'm in "Test" or "Cal" there is no feed back on flow bar in regards to water flowing, The pump is working correcly when jumped in test and flowing water from jet.

2- When in "CAL" mode I can adjust bar graph like explained in book with "SC" adjustment.

3-I connected terminal 17 to pulse signal from injecter and get Green "Inj/Idc led to illuminate and "sys on" Led is also illuminated spraying jet all the time no matter where trip adjust is set to.
I believe this might be to low resistence injector which is causing feed back accross.
Open for suggestions on this.....

4-Is the flow jet installed like it shows in over view? Any pictures would help of installations.

Additional observation: Low water level sensor is woking correctly.
I tried reversing direction of flow sensor with NO positive results.

I'm I doing something wrong to set Low and high settings?
Thank You

Default WH/WL fixed.

I would like to update this thread and indicate that in working with Jeff H. we have resolved the WH/WL concerns.
It appeared that there was very small amounts of particles possibly lodged in the HSV or flow sensor.
After a couple of cleanings it started to work, it was clear what direction to go when I could get the bar graph to move simply by blowing into the flow sensor. and eliminating the pumps high pressure at the HSV. I would like to add for those installing the kit themself this condition was inspite of the pump working and the jet spraying.
A good learning experience for me!!!

Now I still have the issue with the injecter pulse signal which I will post another thread for.
Thank You.
