Default Mini Cooper S. What is best nozzle, threshold, etc

Is there any help to be had on correct configuration of my Hfs3 v3 kit using the HFS 2 switch.

My car..
Mini cooper S 220bhp (192whp)
Boost at 15psi (stock boost about 10psi)
Currently using 0.3mm hose tail jet (also have 0.4 and 0.5mm)
Using Factory parameter threshold , gain etc at 12'0 clock
Injectors 550cc - which are big injectors for the car in question. Usually around 380cc i think for 170bhp.

I am currently seeing spikes of 40 degrees C on my OBD diagnostic display when at high revs and boost. The aquamist does not lower this twmperature spike with the above setup, though i have only used water so far.

Can anyone help me choose the correct settings and hose size please?

As an example: threshold at 10 o'clock, gain at 2 o'clock, 0.5mm tail hose.

Thanks.

I have things working now. I had to do the 1.5 solder link on the back of the controller curcuit board as the 550cc duty cycle was at a45% reduction compared to if i was using 380cc injectors. I have also swapped to 0.5mm jet nozzle and now see a good 10 degrees C reduction on air intake temps as shown by my OBD monitor.
