Can you check harness follow the following colour order.

http://www.aquamist.co.uk/HFS3/wire%20orders.gif

Pearland is in Houston Texas.

All the wires are correct, do you have the order for the gauge, the shop had to order a longer cable, I just want to make sure it's correct.

Checked with factory gauge wire and still the bar graph is not lighting up. Also the water level light is green when the kit is on. I have the pin DFS jumped, because when its not jumped both lights turn yellow under boost.

When I go to test it, I only see 1 bar on the gauge in first gear and no bars in any other gear. I have pulled both nozzles to check for clogs, and found none. Then I went a step further and pulled out the brass restrictor thing in the jet itself. With the brass fitting out of the jet, the gauge see's full bars and I can adjust it up in down with the SC knob on the gauge. The problem is now it will spray threw 1 whole gear but when I shift into the next gear it kills the kit. When I let off and roll into the throttle again the gauge bars go up again. I also think since I took the object out of the nozzle it may have sprayed to much because my plugs have possibly fouled out. The fail safe has been turned on and off via DIP switches to see if that was an issue with the car to feel slow at WOT. The tune we run in the car is still able to run without meth so it is not just the car pulling timing or throwing extra fuel. I had the gauge were the bars light up all the way to the middle so I don?t think it was spraying to much. What should I do to get the kit to keep spraying when I get to the next gear and how will I know if I am spraying to much?
Thanks,
Matt

The brass spinner must be in the jet otherwise it will not work correctly.

Can you tell me if the gauge displays more bars when SC is turned clockwise.

Question, how many jets are you running?

Nothing changes when I turn the SC, I have tried ever click and still nothing.

Jets? I have 2 Nozzles into my intake. No restrictor in the fav.

Please test the SC trimmer as follows:

ignition on:

Put the "PRK" jumper link to "BAR". Twiddle the SC, you should see the bargraph go up and down.

Let me know the result.

I have one more question, can you tell me the serial number of the controller (botton left hand corner)

SN: 10430

I set the jumper on the BAR and it did move the bar graph when I adjusted SC on the gauge.

So far, all test results are positive.

The next test will be getting the two jets out of the charge pipe and watch the spray pattern and bars on the gauge, using the "SYS" test jumper. Don't do it more than a few seconds at a time.

PLease post results.
