Rob, wouldn't you want the pump pickup to be mounted pretty much at the bottom of your in-trunk water tank? It appears that any past half-empty, and you could be sucking dry mid-turn.

I don't have WI and am a total WI newbie, so if I'm off-base, let me know :)
