Sorry for the bump just seeing if anyone has done one on a VW 2.0 TSI yet for a little wiring and setting guidance.

Richard Thanks,

A little about the car:

Car: 2011 MK6 GTI CBFA engine code
Engine: 2.0T TSI with rods and over sized Farrea valvetrain
Turbo: SS cast manifold to Precision 5530 .63 a/r to 3in turboback

Approximate power now is 410hp at the crank (20psi) and once a fueling solution comes about I am looking for 550hp (25+psi) at the crank.

At 15psi I am running about 270g/s at the MAF

I have .4mm nozzles for direct port and a .6mm nozzle post intercooler.

Also, Which restrictor would you recommend .7 or .9 since I am somewhere in the middle of the two for flow.

I think ypur car is newer than all the information I have. I need to search for the ECU pinout before I can produce a wiring diagram for you. Do you know where I may find it?

You already have quite a bit of power.

Question: what is your intended fueling solution?

I will see what I can do for a pinout, do you have an email I can send it to? I think I can get you a pdf.

Fueling will be a combination of a new in tank fuel pump, new cam driven high pressure fuel pump and new injectors.

My email is richard AT aquamist.co.uk

Are the replacement injectors flow more than standard ones?

I will hopefully get you something shortly.

The injectors will flow more and so will the pumps. I over sized my jets slightly to have room to grow.

Im upgrading from a HFS-3 to the HFS-4 on my 2001.5 S4. My HFS-3 was never wired to the MAF just the N-75, #6 injector, and switch ignition. Anyone know what wire coming off the ECU I tap for the MAF.
I found this searching, I have the Hitachi MAF
http://www.audiworld.com/tech/pics/e...af_diagram.jpg

Can you confirm the S4 or RS4 is not direct injection. MAF on the Audi is frequency based. The HFS-4 will not be able to read it. Does it have a MAP sensor? If so, conenct the blue wire of the grey harness to that.

richard - installing the hfs4 today. is best orientation for the nozzles/jets in the 10-2 o'clock position around the diameter of the first cool pipe coming off the fmic core? i think i read that somewhere or am i completely wrong and nozzle should face upward?
