I suspect a dry solder joint may have caused this.

The controller needs to be reflashed for a lower flow table. The system is flashed for a twin jet operation from factory. Can you send the circuit board back to us:

write: "return to manufactuer for repair" on the package or import tax will be added

how this could be connected with no change of V on pin22 relative to ground withc SC change. As I understand it could not be connected with high flow table. mb first I should check for dry solder?
