What sort of torque are you making with the HP you are producing?

Funny you mention that, I got sick of playing around with the small EFR turbo's and have a new 100% custom turbo being made :) will post up a pic *maybe* :P

Small EFRs?? Which one have you been using? Have you found they handle the heat just fine?

Turbo pictures are alway good:)

Are you still using the pectel/life racing ecu?

I have a few of the 9180's in various forms up to and including the 1.45AR turbine, I dont like them and they are a bit limited in power, especially once you have run larger turbos its hard to go back to a 'junior' unit.

Fucked off the Cosworth/Pectel items, they were a total rip off company to deal with. Nice product, shit company.

Those stock rotors look bad!!!

Have you matched the rotors to the housings they're going into? Do they need balancing after you have to correct tollerances

NO because once you start doing that then you need to reduce the lands as well, + apex seal lengths etc..... much better to throw rubbish housings in the bin and use good ones that are 80mm wide.

All engines I do are balanced after, but you can do this and not re balance and there is no sign of vibration or bearing wear, its a small amount of material removed.
