When do i inject the methanol mixture
 

alrighty ill start by saying abit of info for the cordia. A cordia turbo can boost to -

Intercooled 10 psi - 20 psi plus
Non intercooled - 10-12 psi.

When i drove my white un intercooled 1.8 litre cordia turbo, it would ping at 18 psi, when i installed the metho injection kit, i could boost it past 20 psi now without any pingoing or any othernasties. I cant belive how good it is, i can feel the torque straight away and it just accelerates so much more.

Currantly im injecting the metho injection at 12 psi, what is the best time to inject, should i inject at 10 psi and onwards, or should i inject at around 15 psi.

remember for a un intercooled cordia safe limit would be around 10-12 psi, but cos its metho injection i can boost its so much more like i said. So what boost pressure would be best for maximum performance.

my ignition is at 10 degree's.

what is your compression ratio?

injection a few psi before the onset of pinging.

Im not sure exactly but currantly im getting the meth injected at around the 10 psi mark. i let it boost to 18 psi or maybe even more.

as long as you don't experiernce knock, you are in good shape. most of the time.
