Help with a parts list?.

Hello all, I`m torn between a single jet or direct port system for my Mitsubishi GTO TT.

If I go for the direct port setup can anyone help me with designing the system? I have the pump etc, everthing up to a 6mm pressure line from the pump. The manifold is a "log" type affair, all 6 runners next to each other.

I know I need 6 jets, looking for 90cc/min from each jet, I also only have 1 Aquamist pump..

I need to sort the plumbing out from the jets to the pump, looking to T the jets off from a main water line running under the manifold.

Will running the jets in series greatly alter their delivery rate? should try to rig up a ring main type setup?.

The below image is a pic of the same engine bay setup as mine so you can get an idea.

Thanks for any help, Keith.

Well I tried the "Y pipe " route over the last couple of days and although it feels stronger it hasn`t had the required control over knock that I wanted, I think this is all down to the log-style manifold and unequal water dispersion.

I`m ringing Erl tomorrow for 6 jets and fittings, going to try near direct port injection and see how that fairs.

My thoughts were 6 4mm pigtail jets, to 6 "L" shaped quick connectors, to 2 4 way splitters (one output looped), to a 2way 4mm splitter.

If there was a 1 to 6 splitter that would be ideal for me.

why not fabricate something along the lines of fuel rail (with 6 jets ? )

I did make a rail up, here`s a quick pic, seems to work quite well.
