WL and WH

Please explain what WL and WH does as I do not understand.
And also explain to me how to set it

WL = low flow limit setting
WH = High flow limit setting

If the flow goes outside those limits, it will active a failsafe and cut boost to wastegate. More details on user manual page 16.
