System recommendation for Evo X MR

Good day, I am looking to buy Aquamist wmi for my 2008 Evo X MR, but cannot make up my mind, which model should I get?
What are the benefits of the HFS-4 vs HFS-3v2 on non DI engine?
Extra parts (filters, connectors etc) should I get?
Is there a new Aquamist system coming out soon?

Many thanks.

The HFS3 is the correct system for your car. The HFS4 allows you to chose between boost or FIDC related delivery. The latest HFS4 has an additional aux channel for monitoring EGT, IAT or AFR.

All systems come with everything you ever need except for the water tank. Tank outlet adaptor and level sensor are included.

The latest 2014 HFS4-v3 is available from us direct now.

Great news!

Is it possible to have a read on how it works, which inputs are needed etc? I'm primarily interested in EGT monitoring...

Is the new HFS4-v3 controller compatible with HFS3-v2 system wiring/components?

The HFS4-v3 manual is here

Thanks, Richard (and sorry Sh3ban for keeping this a bit offtopic).

The link to the manual seems to be broken however and from the manuals to the previous HFS4 versions (available in the same directory) I can't understand whether EGT monitoring refers to failsafe activation or it is possible to increase flow based on EGT triggers or even proportional to EGT level. Could you pls. update the link to HFS4 v3 manual?

From the wiring diagram I get that the connections are basically the same as HFS3 v2, could you pls. confirm I may theoretically upgrade by purchasing a HFS4 v3 controller?

It is repaired now.

The new input channel reads IAT, EGT or AFR, all based on 0-5V. The signal is then fed AUX trimmer comparator, trip the failsafe if the input exceeds the set level. The same signal is fed to the flow control circuitry to alter flow. This input is on the blue wire of the green harness.

The H4v3 can be used in any one of the older H3 or H4 system.

Thats quite a bit of new functionality then!

I checked out the manual file and it looks to me like pg. 21.2-21.3 are missing (I only see pg.21). Am I missing something?

The number after the decimal point are the paragraphs or the number referrals. 0.1 to 0.6 is reserved for special configurations.
