Yes it would be possible and if the tuning will also be custom in addition to the manifold it would also likely be desirable, since your current NA likely has a decent CR that you will be SC on top of.
As long as the intake manifold is being custom fabbed - consider discussing with the fabricator that they should develop this with a wet intake in mind. You want the manifold to contribute to a good equal mixing of the water charge prior to the ports.
