If I was tweaking your ride to accomodate water injection, I would try starting the water at .9 to 1 bar- much lower
than that your car will run rough when the water comes on. You do have a good knock sensor installed don't you?
If so, try to get a gauge that will allow you to see the knock sensor begin to take out timing. You want to start the
water just before the knock sensor starts taking away timing. If you do not have a knock sensor, get one.
