Default Re: HFS-4 Q&A, application for your engine...

Hi Richard,

I am new here so want to introduce myself and am looking to see if anyone has done an install on a VW MK6 2.0t TSI GTI (or other 2.0t tsi VW) yet? Looking to see if there is an install wiring diagram around, I know a few over here in the states are interested in the HFS-4 system.

A little about the car:

Car: 2011 MK6 GTI
Engine: 2.0t with rods and over sized Farrea valvetrain
Turbo: SS cast manifold to Precision 5530 .63 a/r to 3in turboback
Drivetrain:Clutch Masters fx400, Koni yellows, Eibach sportlines

Approximate power now is 410hp at the crank (20psi) and once a fueling solution comes about I am looking for 550hp (25+psi) at the crank.

Will be installing an HFS-4 system, .4mm direct port + .6mm nozzle post intercooler. Two other questions, Which restrictor would you recommend .7 or .9 since I am somewhere in the middle of the two for flow. Also, what is the recommended max distance for the FAV and the nozzles?

Edit: 70% meth 30% water for the mix, I may leave the post intercooler jet out until after the HP jump up.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help with wiring.
