What I would do is measure the temp after the IC under full boost.
If they are 40C or lower I wouldn't bother with a nozzle so close to the IC.
If they are 50C or higher then I'd fit a small nozzle there, no need to spray too much that could turn back to thick water dropplets again during that long path ahead.

A good methanol percentage would also help evaporation.

The other nozzle I'd fit as close to the throttle plate as possible.
