i would go leaner than that. hell i run high 11s--close to 12:1--on plain old 93 octane pump gas.
i'd aim for mid to mid high 12s on 50/50.

again, assuming a 50/50 meth/h2o mix, injected at around 15% total fuel delivery rate, i would say 12.5 is plenty rich.
