Default LOW octane

Just thinking out loud, but if someone had an "off-road" vehicle, that was boosted, but took low octane fuel, and a WI kit was installed, is it possible for a lower octane mix, IE kerosene etc, to be mixed with the gasoline?

Why do you want to lower the fuel octane?

Without a way to tune for the higher octane, but only watch the A/F, there is no need or financial benefit for water injection unless it means that I can pour in some cheap kerosene to drop the octane down a bit.
