Default System Won't Turn On ::Fixed::

I have a two rotor setup, and I have one jet in each primary intake runner. I just installed my HFS-3 and got through step 5, Road Test. Everything worked as advertised, and the spray pattern was perfect. I decided to measure the volume of the output by reverting to step 3 and collecting the output of both jets for 60 seconds.

After about 30 sec, the pump turned off, and now the system won't turn on. I did get a good volume measurement, but how do I turn it back on? The fuses seem to be OK.
