HFS-3 & DDS3

Hi, i have an old system for which i have been using a DDS 3 gauge for and i really like the way it interacts the driver with the car and gives me all the information i could need. i have just bought a HFS-3 system without the gauge and wondered if there is any way of utilising the gauge from the old system with my new water injection, it is the old style dds 3 that has the external junction box and just bare wires coming from the gauge. would this be possible? if so can anyone offer any advice on how to connect the 2 together?
