Installation Question

Hi, I have just recently purchased my 1S system. I was just pre installing everything and when I put the tube for the water source to the pump (where the orange thing is) it went in and is now stuck, it has just a little play to it, but won't come out. Will this cause any problems ? Will this leak when the pump is pumping water ?
