Anyone here that can help - pump not activating

Hi guys,
Sorry to be writing here in the HSF-4 section, but it seems that the HSF-3 section is dead.

I am having problems with my pump not activating. System has been in the car since 2013 and worked fine.
I can activate the pump by hard wiring the relay at the pump, but it seems that the signal from the circuit board is missing, even when trying to activate the pump via a jumper.

I am wondering what voltages should be coming from the circuit board through the "Trunk" harness to the relay activation (red and blue wires)

Admins just delete or move if not allowed.
