Default installing nozzle in 3mm thick aluminum pipe???

Hello everybody!
This should be my first post but I am reading the forum almost everyday trying to learn and apply in practice the general knowledge achieved here.Long story short.

I am currently installing myself the 1s system in my car 1.8T Passat and I decided to use the 0.5mm nozzle in the aluminim pipe immediately after the FMIC.

The pipe wall thckness is 3mm which I drilled and tapped without issues. The questions are:

1. is the 3mm wall thickness enough to hold the nozzle under 25 psi of boost?
2. does the thread on the nozzle have to be sealed using either Locktite or teflon tape?
3. if I put the nozzle at 6 o' clock relative to the pipe section, will this cause cloging of the nozzle due to the oil that might condensate on the bottom of the pipe section?

here's a pic of the nozzle at 3 o' clock protruding 2mm inside the pipe:

TIA!
