Default Nozzle Placement -Before or after recirculation valve?

Hi

I am running a Subaru EJ25 engine with front mount intercooler.

I understand that it would be great if we can place the nozzle as far as possible from throttle body (optimal evaporization). Infact, I was planning to place the nozzle right after the FMIC. But this would mean that the nozzle would be placed before the recirculation valve (recirculation valve is only approx 4" away from the throttle body).

1) Is it safe to place the nozzle before the recirculation valve?

2) I understand that the Water/Alcohol may be recirculated back to the air intake (into turbo).
Anyone forsee any issues?

Thanks.
