Ah I see. I have the turbo shaft speed sensor as well. I think at 1.6bar at 8000rpm I have around 111k rpm. Max speed rated at 127krpm. same as 9180. Some head room but close to max out.
I only use the turbo speed to reduce boost solenoid output when its approaching shaft speed limit for safety. Not sure if there is a way to tune fueling with turbo speed input. 9180 is much larger turbine, have to look it up to be 100% but 117k is the limit for that one from memory.
You have the right CR for petrol, so its just down to how much WM you use and other details on your engine. You may run out of turbo before you face any knock limits.
