2D not working

I have been running the 2D on my WRX for approximately 15,000 mi. Been filling the tank with 50/50 water and methanol. Last week I noticed that the fault light has been coming on. I've never run the tank dry, fuses check, get lights in the FIA, nozzle not plugged and the pump works when I apply 12v to it. Any suggestions?

The yellow warning lamp could be activated the the following problems:

1. Clogged nozzle
2. Low water pressure
3. Clogged filter
4. Air in the system.

Could you spray some water onto the windscreen with a spare nozzle and let me know the spray pattern.

It would be better if the post can be moved to aquamist section so it could be easily spotted by me.
