I`ll be on a pressure switch when I finally get up and running, 5 psi seems about right. You could set up a system like a std fuel injection system with a pressure reg and a tank return, although you can`t use any fuel related components because the watewr will corrode the internals, using a regulator and tank return will let you run the pump all the time and may cool the water by circulation? (could have a small cooler on the return side?).
