using 2 injection systems, one pre intercooler, one post

Is this even an option, was thinking of using a cheaper system to spray just water before the intercoolers, and an aquamist to spray at the throttle body with a 50/50 mix.

Would the cooling be greater? would this be too much spray for a car to handle?
