Volvo - Gerald's 1s install by Gan Motorsport, Singapore
Have some good pictures of the Volvo install by Mr Gan of Gan Motorsport Singapore. Gerald (owner) kindly send us the pictures.
I will try to get some more pictures of the car and engine bay in general. A few words from Gerald: These are the pictures of my installation, done by Gan Motorsports my car is a Volvo S60T5 MY2001 have mounted the high pressure pump behind the front left side the bumper (my car is a RHD), drawing water from the windshield wiper tank.. the pressure switch is mounted for easy adjustability and the nozzle is actually drilled into the plastic intake air tube, bet the temp sensor and the boost sensor; mounted with a small metal plate secured with rivets and epoxy bonding

I have just receive a few more interesting plots during the dyno session:
the graphs were recorded during a dyno run; ambient temp was 32 degrees C, humidity 85% See the inlet air temperature drop when water cuts in... The ECU is able to alter ignition timing in present of WI... More installation inofrmation, nice illrustrated images...

Did he sent an diagram without the water injection activated? Would be nice to see. Where are those temps recorded, after throttle, or ...?
What turbo pressure? Gert |

I did ask the same question but I was told that the car wad mapped with water injection he will not risk running the engine without water injection.
Nor sure wherethe temperature sensor was placed. Data was recorded with ODB2.
