jetting size and restrictor
i have a 4 port kit for my evo 9 i have 1000cc inyector size im planing to use up to 30 psi of boost and to get 20% and a mix 50/50 .
i calculated 0.4mm jets, what restrictor i have to use if the calculation is ok |

Please allow a bit more head room for the calculation. Small jet suffers more losses.
I think a 0.7mm restrictor is about right.

The calculation on the lower limit. I would increase the pump pressure by 1/2T clockwise. approximately +25psi to allow you a bit more head room. If it is too much, you can always raduce the flow with the "gain" trimmer.

Can you tell me what is your target power.
A direct port is good but I think you should consider putting one jet at the exit of the intercooler to improve you charge air cooling. I think have one medium size jet will give you that extra ceiling I was talking about. A 0.7 or 0.8 mm is about right. It is so easy to reduce the overall flow but sizing the restrictor.
