This does not make any sense.
If the gauge does not show any drop, the failsafe will not trip. Are you sure there were no indication on the gauge at all during the boost cut?

Yeah I'm really stumped. Flow is constant at 5-6 bars then just cuts out.
It was flashing the water level light and I filled the tank. To be honest I can't remember if it was still happening. I would think it could be possible there is air in the feed line but I checked at the pump and by the FAV and I do not see a single bubble in any of the line. The jet feed lines do empty but my FAV is higher then my points of spray. |

Are you saying it was tripping the failsafe before you fill up the tank and it is not doing it now?
The system will detect trapped air in the hose and cut boost. It could happen at low tank level whilst the water was sloshing around. Air could easily been picked up and the failsafe reacted.

No, it is still tripping the failsafe. My float is almost 1/3 the way up the tank as the edges are rounded.
I was saying it's turning on the water level LED when it triggers the failsafe. Even if air somehow got into the line (unlikely as the tank hasn't gone below 30% full) I did purge the lines so I'm 100% sure there is no air in there now and its still triggering the failsafe. |

The only possibility is something is in the turbine wheel, jamming the turbine. Give the sensor a good clean.
The moment the failsafe tripped, there was no drop shown on the gauge? Can you please make an observation for me.

Here's a video of what's happening. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tjV4oNHxSJQ&sns=em
Shuts off the flow with no warning and drops boost down to wastegate pressure. I noticed if I turn the fs-Dl down the gauge shows that it's still flowing but it still cuts the boost down to wastegate pressure. |

The video is good. It appeared something is shutting off the system. It is more likely to be mechanical and not electronics. This is because the "B" led is still lit until a seond or two after the boost is dropped.
Chances are the problem it is either the flow sensor, a partially clogging filter or the FAV Can you taken the jet out and do a manual spray test.

Here is the gauge on the test. Both jets have a nice cone shape to them. |

edited.
Does the failsafe trip under manual test? Both yellow led on. Strange the water level led comes on...

really very puzzling, the HFS3 does not read RPM.
Are all you jumper links in the default position?
