Best location for Jets?

Hi,
I am installing this kit on my RB25det,
I am wondering the best location for the jet/s?
I will have an intake temp sensor in the pipe just before Throttle body,
I am thinking in the intake pipe just after the inter cooler but is this enough space between Jet and Air temp sensor?
How much gain should be expected for a system like this when tuned accordingly? And how much more efficient would port injection be?
