Default Leaking connections.

Long story short: I repurchased my Volvo 242 back after being gone for 7+ years, trying to sort out some neglected issues.

HFS-3 installed around 2009 no issues for many years up until selling vehicle in 2017..repurchased back 2025 and now sorting out a neglected HFS-3 system.

Symptom: Can not stop leaks at flow sensor at the 4mm hose going to inlet jet.
Tried trimming hose very carefully and making sure it is seated 100%.

Question: is there a internal o'ring that seals the nylon tube when inserted inside flow sensor? I can not see one on any of the sensors.
Note: The metal teeth that grabs the tubing is working perfectly.
This leaking is observed when jumping pump motor inside controller.

Can this be simply tired nylon tubing.?
Thank You.
