how can I clean the whole system, which medium can be used

precaution. I'm on troubleshooting and I'm not sure if everything is clean in the pipes

are you using tap water?

i use distilled water

I don't think you need to clean the system except check the filters for debris. Assuming you use 99.9% pure methanol.
