Default Pump not activating

Good morning all.

Background: system installed in 2013, car is only driven +/- 1000km pr year.
I am getting the two yellow lights on the gauge, fail-safe activated.

I see the green light flickering (injector signal) when engine is running
When trying to activate the pump with the FAV to SYS jumper I hear some clicking but the pump does not start.

Pump is located in the trunk in a dry/safe area.
Fuse on relay is good
Relay has no corrosion or burn
When trying to activate the pump with direct 12v nothing happens.

Would you conclude that the pump has given up?
If so, is there a possibility to service it or should I replace?

Thanks

Also, there is continuity on the water pump between + and ground terminal, maybe this is correct?

Found the problem... Harness had been pinched under the passenger seat rails.. for some time obviously as the seats have not been out for a while.
