can i use an autometer pressure gauge for wi

im thinking of purchasing an autometer electric pressure gauge,can i use this to check wi pressure, what pressure should it reach minimum and how and where in the water circiuit would i mount the pressure sender as the pressure sender is screw in type which screws into an alloy holder, the holder isthen normally jubilee clipped into the circuit, problem is the outlet and inlet of the holde are about 8mm diameter and all the wi lines are much smaller anything i can purchase that alloes me to fit the holder in

WI as in water injection, as wi the lines are very thin approx 4mm and the gauge sensor has a much larger threaded end how would i get it to fit the water injection lines and what psi gauge would be needed

160psi gauge will be good. you just need a tee connector (4mm), The other end on the gauge, autometer can advice you how you mate a 4mm hose to their gauge fitting.

100psi gauge is no good then, i think ill have to find a different gauge

You need to tell me what water injection you have so that I can answer your last question.

thats a good question, looking at your kits it looks like a a 2c system with mf2 controller
just out of interest which is better a 2c or 2s system as i do have the instruments for a 2s sytem somewhere

Richard 100psi gauge no good then for any of the above systems

If you have a systerm that runs at 100psi, the guage will always show full pressure. If you have a clogged nozzle (1s) or a faulty water pressure regulator (2c or 2s), you will not be able to notice it on the gauge.
