Nozzle size - Richard?

Hi Guys,
I am looking at 6 cylinder, port injection with 2d+FiA2. Been only 3.2L turbocharged motor, it's to see 950cc injectors installed.
I would need 6 nozzles, each to deliver water say around 10% to fuel(to start with). This gives me 95cc nozzle. Is there one around of this size? 0.4 is to deliver 160cc on race pump (i think is what I would need due to flow rate).

Also, assuming max duty cycle of fuel system of about 80%, I will flow 760cc X 6 injectors / 10 = 450cc/min peak water delivery. Will 2d system cope with it?

Anyone have any suggestions?

The ERL pump that comes with the 2d is not rated for that much delivery. It appears you only need a little more capacity so there may be an acceptable work around. You can use a good WW pump as a priming pump for the main ERL unit and boost the capacity. I think this method will get you where you need to be, but Richard will have to confirm actual rates. In the end the best bet is to do a test with your unit and the specific WW pump you will use. Aquamist offer a triggering relay PN 806-500 for activating the WW pump with the main pump.

There is a .3mm jet that should be around 100cc or just over if my approximations are correct that may work for your application.

I noted new product HFS-6 here in forum! Did not see it on the website before, probably due to site update.
Will look in to it a bit more, it may be more suitable to what I am trying to do.
