1. Can I mount the tank in the trunk and the pump in the engine bay? Pump lower than bottom of tank and nozzle higher than pump.

2. Is this an acceptable location for the nozzle (A.) or should I put it furthur "upstream" (B.) (not my car BTW).

That particular intake is definitely a dry intake - if the water is not uniformily distributed in the air charge prior to the throttle body you will get water rich and water lean cylinders. The farther from the throttle body you can put it to give it a chance to even out the mixture the better. In this case B.

1. You can but depending on the amount of water and pressure needed you should better use a priming pump in the tank. I'd give it a try but monitor the pressure or flow to the jet.

2. There should be a better place fopr the jet right at the endtank of the intercooler. Unfortunately, you may have to remove the front or the bottom to gain access to this position.
