The Greddy turbo kit is not one of the most capable kits for the S2000. It's probably the "lowest" power kit. But the advantage is the CARB certification so no worries for passing smog - that was my original intent. I couldn't leave it alon so now it's not CARB approved since I modified it :)

Good results with the HFS-3 on a somewhat mild tune. I didn't want to spend too much time and $$ tuning until I get my new AEM standalone ECU. I decide to change the HydraEMS because the tuners here are not too familiar with it.

~ 34 hp & 26 ft-lbs gains (blue & green plots)
Stock NA S2000's dyno ~ 215 whp on this dyno
HFS-3 works beautifully with the Hydra ECU. I have map switching and failsafes integrated into the ECU from the HFS-3 map switch output

Video of testing Aquamist HFS-3 with HydraEMS controlling water injection via a 2d PWM map and an auxiliary map. When the Aquamist is switched on, the HydraEMS switches to auxiliary maps (fuel & timing) Any faults revert the HydraEMS back to the base map. Nice Failsafe!

Looks like a nice overall gain. I like your jet tapping pads, nice touch.

Thanks!
Yeah, very nice gains for a very conservative and rather quick tune.
Now just waiting for a new AEM EMS.

Nice install! It's interesting to see how different engines respond to WI. It looks like the VTEC gains more HP that torque. With Subarus, it's the other way around.

What mix are you spraying?

Thanks!
Yes, the Honda motors usually lack torque but can rev high and thus make more HP on the high revs. There should be more gains in my set up just gotta get the AEM.
I got an older Aquamist HFS-1 in my STI and I can't wait to get it tuned.
