Good.

What is the SC. WL and WH set to at the moment? Describe as the face of a clock.

I think the failsafe setting a bit too aggressive. Please try the folllowing:

SC at 1 o'clcock
WL at 11 o'clock
WH at 1 o'clcock

so i set the gauge at the above settings, the only problem im having now is the water level light comes on and stay solid on slight acceleration. before both lights would stay solid on high boost.

There are two things happeniung at th esame time. Failsafe and water level sensor.

Unplug the water level sensor (near the tank) and tell me what the result is.

The bargraph is not suppose to go beyond 5-6 bars. If this does, it will trip the WH every time.

Set the SC to 12 o'clock, tell me what is the maxium bar reading now.

sc set to 12 o,clock , at full boost 6-7 bars no more tripping of failsafe ...PERFECTION YOU ARE THE MAN.now should i reconnect my level sensor or just replace it .

yes, re-connect the level sensor for sure. No need to repalce.
