Hi,

I recently fitted a HFS3 system, works ok.

I have large 880cc injectors but only use around 50% IDC, as I understand it I need to solder the back of the board to set the multiplier?

At the moment I have the trigger point adjustment all the way anti clockwise and it triggers at about 2-3psi which for me is fine but it seems to jump to around 50% duty cycle straight away on the gauge and stay there through the RPM range

I have misplaced the instructions that came with the kit, I have the 20 page one but its the smaller single page one that explained what pad to solder that I have misplaced, would anyone have an online copy of it so I can read it properly please?

Which H3 version do you have?

V3.

Bought about 4 months ago, just recently fitted.

Perfect.

Yes, you have a choice of x1.5 (recommended) and x2.5). The V3 manual can be downloaded at the www.aquamist-direct.com site. (in the HFS3 link)

How accurate is the flow sensor? It shows 75% on the standard map2 at full flow but my jetting would seem to be closer to 1200cc going by the manufacturers ratings (these are not aquamist nozzles)

The flow sensor has to be calibrated to match your jet and pressure. It is not an absolute device. Any reason for mixing the components just as the jets?

A nozzle flows differently under different pressures and temperatures. Who manufacture your nozzle and what is it rated?

Repeatability is the only criterion you can rely upon.

Thanks, I'll calibtate it today.

I had a coolingmist system with multiple jets, I replaced the system leaving the hoses and nozzles in place.

Pre turbo 1X 1GPH (water only being injected by a separate 250psi coolingmist system because it was spare..)

I counted 9 jets? There is more than normal.

Only 7 nozzles fitted Richard.

1 pre comp, 4 in turbo, 2 just after turbo.

What sort of testing have you done with all these nozzles? Before and after dyno pulls?

I'm curious if so many nozzles is helping or hurting.
