Problems running Shurflo w/o pressure switch?

I want to wire the pump to turn on at the same time the solenoid does and bypass the pressure switch. I know this will net about 150 psi, how much damage will it do to the pump? I like the idea of a steady stream instead of off/on/off/on that the switch provides. I run a water return line to keep this at a minimum but this would be better.

If you add an accumulator, the pump will not go no/off/on/off too often.

I used an accumulator before and it worked well, I then switched to a return line system and that worked better for me. At this time I have a valve set to bleed off just enough pressure so that the switch stays on. I would like to bypass the switch because I have compared the spray between using the 100 psi and 150 and the mist is much finer.

When I used the accumulator I could see the drop in pressure before the pump turned on.

Can a HSV work with 150 psi line pressure?

The HSV can withstand up to 10 bar peak - 145psi. I would stay around 140 psi for safety.
