2d on WRX--never fires?

I have a 2d installed on my 02 US wrx. I had it dyno tuned today, which was the first time I had a chance to observe the colored LEDs on the FIA unit. The green one would light, but the red one never did. I was making 19 LBS boost...

The pressure switch says it is set to 10PSI. How can I adjust it/verify it is working?

If you pull one of the terminal from the pressure switch, the red led should light up and flash at the same rate as the green.

If this is the case, the pressure is not seeing presure or faulty (we check and set each one vbefore leaving the factory.
