HFS-3 what did I just buy?

I'm new here and just starting to venture into water/meth.
I have a stage 2 Audi B5 S4.
I found this kit sold as HFS-3 and bought it on ebay.
It sure doesn't look like any HFS-3 I see here.
Is it a franken-kit or genuine Aqaumist?
The pump is definitely older.
The controller is a DDSV3 or something. The label is damaged so i can't read it well.

It lookw like a HFS-1 system.

If you are looking for a HFS-3, I would return it to the seller and get your money back.

Can you take a picturre inside the box, it should say the DDS3 version number. Also read the serial number on the flow sensor.

I hope these are good enough pics.
After I asked if it was a HFS-3, the seller told me this.
"yes it is the hfs-3 but there are three versions of the hfs-3 v1, v2, and v3 i'm pretty sure it is the v1 or v2 "
The inside says DDSv8 on one side and on the circuit board it has DDS3 JUNCTION BOX V8, ISS 10/06
Does that mean it's from October 2006?
If so then he definitely misrepresented this being a HFS-3 "like new" unit.

I am afraid he has misrepresented the description of this product. I will find out the exact date of manufacture for you by tomorrow.

There are only two versions of HFS-3, v1 and v2. None of the parts above shared any similarity of the HFS-3.

The HFS-1 is a very reliable system but it a all on/all off system, very little to go wrong.

Update:
I had to open a ebay case.
They judged in my favor and I got refunded.
Thanks again for all your help.
I may actually be getting it back because the seller moved and they couldn't deliver it.
According to ebay rules I get to keep it.
Anyone need a HFS-1 kit?

Not really, the only two things that is identical between the unit is the water hose and jets.

The problem of buying a pre-owned system is any problem encountered may be from number of other factors, depending on how it is being treated before. As much as support from us is concerned, it can only be system related from new.
