Stand Alone help

I am on several boards boards, and I am currently trying to get some help with Electromotive TEC3 and my aquamist water-injection. I assume at least a few of you on here use electromotive engine management, and it seems like most of you guys have your cars tuned pretty well. I figure most 4 cylinder turbo water injected engine are pretty similar, at least similar enough for me to work on tuning my turbo dodge neon. So my request is that any of you willing to help me out, send me your .bin file, so I can look at it and build my own file to get my car running good enough to get on a dyno and fine tune it up. Basic run down on car:
2.0 liter dohc
8.5:1 compression
precision SC61 turbo
57lb injectors
PLX WBO2
