jet location mid engine car small intercooler

Trying to find the best location for my jet/jets
I have small intercooler with poor airflow due to mid engine layout, set up is as follows-
IAT before turbo
MAP sensor aftermarket ecu no MAF
50/50 water meth
Large turbo and large injectors running 1.6bar boost

Currently have jet after intercooler about 5 inches before throttle body, but have the option to move it a further 15 inches back directly at the exit of intercooler, would this be better or could I use two jets in both locations?

If you can put it the exit of the IC, you will get the best cooling effect and cylinder distribution.

Richard, What if the mixture has to go through 4 bends before the throttle body. Would it still be as effective?

It would be better for mixing due to turbulence passing every bend.
